Eva Geschke works as litigator and consultant in patent law for a variety of national and international clients. Apart from many national and international groups, she also represents a host of innovative German SMEs, covering diverse technical fields, including pharma, engineering and electrical engineering, telecommunications, biotechnology and chemistry. In addition to representing her clients in infringement cases before the various patent litigation courts throughout Germany, Eva Geschke consistently contributes in opposition and nullity proceedings before the European Patent Office (EPO), the Federal Patent Court (BPatG) and the Federal Supreme Court (BGH) in Germany.

Additionally, she is a consultant for the Certified Specialist for Intellectual Property course (currently: DAA). In addition she publishes in the field of intellectual property law and was co-author of previous editions of the patent law handbook Kühnen/Geschke “The Enforcement of Patents in Practice” (up to 2nd edition).
