David Andrew Carnal advises and represents national and international clients in all areas of intellectual property, particularly in the field of technical property rights (patents and utility models), both before national courts and in arbitration proceedings. He is admitted to practice before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

Curriculum Vitae

David Carnal studied law at Heidelberg University, specializing in private international law and international civil procedure. After completing his legal training at the Regional Court of Düsseldorf, including traineeships at major international law firms (specializing in corporate law), he initially worked at a leading Frankfurt-based boutique firm specializing in international arbitration. Since being admitted to the Düsseldorf Bar Association in 2025, he has been working as a lawyer for Wildanger.
