Anna Xu advises and represents national and international clients in all aspects of intellectual property rights, especially regarding technical IP rights (patents and utility models) and also in relation to competition law. Additionally, Ms. Xu is a registered representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

Curriculum Vitae

Anna Xu studied Law at Humboldt University in Berlin and the University of Zurich, specialising in intellectual property law. After her studies, she gained work experience as a paralegal in the practice areas IP and Corporate in a well-known German law firm in Berlin.

During her legal traineeship, she worked, inter alia, for renowned and international law firms and advised on IP matters in Berlin and in Düsseldorf.

Subsequent to further professional experience as a paralegal in the areas of IP, IT and Commercial in a law firm based in Berlin, Anna Xu completed her Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property Law at Queen Mary University of London.

Since her admission to the German Bar, Ms Xu has joined Wildanger as an Associate in October 2025.
